  • 2 cups PIKOO barista oat milk
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (or grated parmesan cheese for a non-vegan option)
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
